Autumn Nude Looks for 2012

These are my all time favourite Autumn nude looks for 2012.

The Casual Walker
This is a great everyday simple look. Flared jeans are making a comeback and I couldn't be happier. Paired with a loose jumper, a long trench like coat and some heeled boots from heels.com, my new online crush by the way, and you've got the ultimate look. The great thing is you can dress this up or down, and change the colour palette.

The Nude Look
There's a surprising amount of makeup that goes into a nude look. Concealer is your best friend, providing you find a good one that fits your skin colour and type. Napoleon Perdi 'Pro' Palette is a great one £25 at nordstrom.com you can blend to create the right colour for your face. Next you'll want a light foundation that  is not heavy on your skin. Try a tinted moisturiser instead of a liquid foundation like NARS St.Moritz Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturiser just £26 at narscosmetics.com. Set the look with a light bronzing powder all over to give a nice glow. Try Maybelline Dream Sun Bronzer £7.95 at nelly.com. Add a blush of your choice preferably staying within the menstrual tone of your skin, soft pinks and purples.
For your eyes you'll want a palatte like L'Oreal Paris Color Riche Quads £15 at nelly.com These creamy tinted shadows will keep your eyes looking fresh. Add a subtle pencil line to give your eyes definition, try only doing the top line, or no eye liner at all if possible. Estee Lauder Stay In Place Double Wear Eye Pencil is a good one. And then use your favourite Mascara, one of mine is L'Oreal Paris Volume Million Lashes. Last but not least use a lip conditioner to help keep your lips hydrated in the harsh Autumn weather. Try Bobbi Brown Lip Balm £12 at saksfifthavenue.com.

A Little Light In The Dark
Is another great look that goes with nude makeup. Throw in some warm purples for blush and eye shadow to change it up a bit.

Autumn Purples
Any combination or all of these could be thrown into the nude look to warm it up a bit. And adding them to a natural look is what helps finish the creation. Nars Koh Lanta Vintage Nail Polish is one of my favourite colours. £11 at narscosmetics.com. Dior Addict Lipstick is a beautiful creamy purple colour £19 at lordandtaylor.com or try Avons 24k Gold Liptick in Amethyst Gold one of my all time favourite lipsticks. avonshop.co.uk. Try creating a smoky Autumn eye with the Yves Saint Laurent Ombre 5 Lumieres palette £35 at bloomingdales.com. Then soften the look with L'Oreal Paris True Match Blush £13 at nelly.com.

Jump Into Leather
I'm in love with jumpers, so come Autumn and winter time my wardrobe is filled with them. I can finally feel snug again and look fantastic at the same time. I have a black turtle neck jumper, my partner knows it's my favourite, he also likes to mention how I look like a hit woman whenever I wear it. I like that it makes me look like I give off a "don't mess with me" vibe or sexy, one of the two is fine. Here keeping in tradition of creams and browns, jumpers look great with your favourite pair of jeans. Warm the look up with some knee high boots and a bulky scarf, you've got an ultimate pre-winter look.

A Cosy Autumn Day
Sometimes the cold chill on your skin can make it look more rouge than one would like, but with this look you just might be able to control how rouge you go. Try MAC Studio Finish SPF 35 Concealer to keep your skin one colour. £11 at nordstrom.com. and NARS Pro-Prime Oil Free Pore Refining Primer £20 at nordstrom.com. Touch of and set with BareMinerals Matte SPF 15  Foundation £25 at debenhams.com. Then choose a soft MAC Powder Blush £18 at debenhams.com. For your eyes use a cream - maroon rouge coloured NARS Trio Eyeshadow like Douce France £28 at barneys.com. Give a 60s eye line effect with L'Oreal Paris Super Liner Gel Intenza £14 at nelly.com. Then finish with MAC False Lashes Extreme Mascara to give your lashes a bold look. £18 at debenhams.com.
A warm Autumn Day
